Welcome to Bridge the Gap! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting a request.

Service Overview

​

Bridge the Gap provides phone call services to deliver messages on behalf of clients. We do not guarantee a specific outcome, as responses from recipients are beyond our control.

​

Eligibility

​

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

  • The request you submit is lawful and does not violate any regulations.

  • You have the right to request contact with the recipient.

​

Request Submission & Processing

​

  • Requests can be submitted via our website, email, Facebook, or Instagram message.

  • All requests are reviewed before being accepted. If a request is deemed inappropriate or outside our scope, we reserve the right to decline it.

  • Free requests are accepted, but priority is given to those who leave a tip via Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Samsung Cash (proof of tip must be provided).

Call & Follow-Up Process

​

  • We will attempt to call the recipient up to 3 times and send up to 3 text messages if they do not respond.

  • Before making the first call, we will send the recipient a message stating that they have a message from you and that you hired us to deliver it.

  • If the recipient does not answer after all attempts, the request will be closed, and no further attempts will be made unless a new request is submitted.

No Guarantee of Response

​

We cannot guarantee that the recipient will answer or respond to our calls or messages. Our obligation is to make the agreed number of contact attempts. We are not responsible for the recipient’s reaction or any consequences resulting from the message delivery.

 Refund & Payment Policy

​

  • Tips and priority donations are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Once a request has been submitted, no refunds will be issued, even if the recipient does not respond or refuses to accept the message.

 Prohibited Uses

​

You agree not to use Bridge the Gap to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defraud individuals.

  • Deliver messages involving illegal activity, violence, or discrimination.

  • Contact someone under a no-contact order or any legal restriction.

  • Impersonate another person or submit fraudulent requests.

If any of the above is detected, we reserve the right to deny service, block future requests, and report unlawful activity to authorities if necessary.

Liability Disclaimer

​

Bridge the Gap is a third-party service delivering messages as requested. We are not responsible for:

  • How the recipient reacts to the message.

  • Any consequences that arise from the message being delivered.

  • Any damages, losses, or disputes resulting from our services.

You agree to use our services at your own risk and release us from any liability related to the outcome of the message delivery.

Service Modifications & Termination

​

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify our service offerings at any time.

  • Refuse or terminate a request if it violates our policies.

  • Discontinue the service entirely with notice.

 Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
