What is Bridge the Gap?

Bridge the Gap is a service that makes awkward, difficult, or inconvenient phone calls on your behalf. Whether it’s an apology, a breakup, quitting a job, or something totally random, we deliver your message so you don’t have to.

How do I submit a request?

You can submit a request by filling out the form on our website, messaging us on Instagram, Facebook, or via email. Just include the details of your request, the recipient’s name and phone number, and any specific instructions on how you’d like the message delivered.

What’s the difference between a free request and a tipped request?

  • Free requests are completed as time allows, with no guarantee of speed or completion.

  • Tipped requests get top priority and are handled first. We make 3-5 call attempts and send one text if needed.

If you want your request handled quickly, tipping is the way to go!

How do I send a tip for priority service?

You can tip via Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, or Samsung Cash. After sending your tip, take a screenshot and send it with your request to confirm priority placement.

What happens if the person doesn’t answer?

For tipped requests, we make 3-5 call attempts and send one text message if they don’t pick up. If there’s still no response, we consider the request completed.

Will I be updated on the outcome of my request?

We do not automatically provide updates, but you can request one if you’d like to know what happened.

Can I request any type of call?

Almost! We’re happy to handle most calls, but we won’t make illegal, threatening, or harmful calls. Keep it fun, respectful, and legal.

Are tips refundable if the person doesn’t answer?

No. Tips are non-refundable because we put in the effort regardless of the outcome.

Can you record the call for me?

Sometimes. Not all calls are recorded, but in some cases, we may record a call for quality or verification purposes. If you’d like a call

recorded, you can request it, but we can’t guarantee it.

Do you do international calls?

Right now, we only make calls within the United States, but we’re looking into expanding in the future.

Can I request a specific tone for my message?

Absolutely! Let us know if you want the message delivered in a serious, professional, funny, or lighthearted way.

 

​How long does it take for a request to be completed?

  • Tipped requests are handled first, completion of tipped requests can vary depending on submission volume.

  • Free requests are done as time allows and may take longer—or may not be completed if we’re too busy.

How do I know my request was received?

We’ll respond to confirm we got your request. If you don’t hear back within 24 hours, feel free to follow up.

What if I need to cancel a request?

If we haven’t started the call yet, you can request a cancellation. However, tipped requests are non-refundable once payment is made.

Do you keep my information private?
