Free vs. Tipped Requests

At Bridge the Gap, we handle both free requests and tipped requests—but there’s a key difference in how they’re prioritized. Whether you need help delivering a message for free or want to skip the line with a tip, here’s what you need to know:

Free Requests

✅ Always welcome!
✅ Handled as time allows, based on availability.
✅ No guarantee of speed or completion.
✅ Calls are made in the order they are received, behind tipped requests.
We love helping out, and we’ll do our best to get to every free request. However, since we receive a high volume of submissions, free requests may take longer to complete (or may not be completed at all if time doesn’t allow).

Tipped Requests

🚀 Top priority—your request goes to the front of the line!
📞 More effort: We’ll attempt 3-5 calls plus one text if needed.
🔄 Higher likelihood of completion due to extra attempts.
💰 Tips are non-refundable, even if the recipient doesn’t answer.
Tipping helps ensure your request gets handled faster and with more persistence. While we can’t force someone to pick up the phone, a tip guarantees that we’ll exhaust every reasonable effort to deliver your message.
