What should I expect?

At Bridge the Gap, we make awkward, difficult, and inconvenient calls so you don’t have to. Once you submit a request, here’s what you can expect from our process:

 We Review Your Request

​

After you send us your call request via our website booking form, email, Instagram, or Facebook, we’ll review the details to ensure everything is clear and doable. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out for clarification before proceeding.

Call Attempts – We Try 3 to 5 Times 

We understand that people don’t always pick up unknown numbers, so we’ll give it our best effort. We’ll attempt to call up to 3-5 times to ensure your message gets through. Calls will be spaced out to improve the chances of a response.

One Text Message

If the recipient doesn’t answer the call, we’ll send one text message letting them know they have a message waiting for them. This gives them a final opportunity to engage before we close out the request.

Delivery or No Response

  • If they answer, we’ll deliver your message exactly as requested, keeping the tone professional, funny, serious, or whatever you prefer.

  • If they don’t respond after all attempts, we’ll consider the request completed. Some people just don’t want to be reached, and unfortunately, we can’t force them to answer.

No Refunds on Tips or Donations

While we guarantee our effort, we can’t guarantee that the recipient will answer or respond. Because of this, tips and donations are non-refundable—but rest assured, we’ll do everything we can to get your message across!

Requesting an Update

We do not automatically notify requesters of the outcome. However, if you’d like to know whether your message was delivered, you are welcome to reach out and request an update.

You Sit Back and Relax

Once we’ve completed your request, our job is done. Whether your message was delivered successfully or the recipient ghosted us, you’re free from the stress of making the call yourself!
